FAQ

How would you describe your style?

My style is unique -- an amalgamation of photojournalistic, documentary, portrait-focused, cinematic, emotive, and timeless. I blend documentary, candid photography with a healthy dose of posed fine art portraiture.

How long does it take to get our photos delivered?

Under normal circumstances, I deliver photos in half the time of the industry standard, but you'll see the specific timeline in your contract. I am so excited by our photos together that I can hardly wait to work on them -- so why should you wait to get them? :)

I am having a nontraditional wedding or mitzvah celebration. Is this something you do?

Yes! These are my favorite types of events to photograph. Nontraditional events (whatever "traditional" means!) show extra care for the person(s) you're celebrating. I've photographed them all, from weddings in an apartment living room and cliffside elopements to roller-skating rink and summer camp mitzvahs.

My partner(s) or family and I may be viewed as "nontraditional" in some way. What is your stance on this?

Love is love is love. As a queer photographer myself, I know that love has no shape, size, or boundary. My goal remains the same: celebrating you and giving you photos you'll forever love experiencing.

How do you edit photos?

I edit photos with a distinctive, yet flexible style that somehow finds the best of three worlds. With contrasty tones, moody vibes, and bright but full-bodied details, my editing style is built to highlight emotion -- all with a film-like, timeless twist.

Every photo you receive is hand-edited. I use tools like presets to get to a starting point to ensure stylistic consistency, but each photo gets a ton of love and care once it's been given its initial treatment.

Do you post our photos online?

Yes, by default I include this as part of our contracts -- this allows me to continue to get more clients by showing recent work, just like how you found my site. However, I don't reveal personal information such as names unless given permission, and I'm happy to work with you pre-booking and meet in the middle to find a solution that works for both of us if you feel uncomfortable with this.

Do you make exceptions on contractual clauses?

I'm sure we can create an agreement that works well for both of us. Let me know of any questions you have about your contract and we can adjust it to create a more tailored package.
